Clucker’s Charcoal Chicken was hatched in 1985 and was inspired by a simple yet powerful idea, cooking over live charcoal brings out the best in every bite. Our journey started when our founder, Deb and Reed Merdinger , discovered the incredible taste of charcoal roasted chicken while honeymooning in Mexico. Bringing that inspiration home, he built a menu focused on all natural, hormone-free chicken, fresh ingredients, and scratch-made sides that deliver real, wholesome flavor.
With a dedication to quality and a love for great food, Clucker’s has grown into a go-to spot for those craving delicious flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.
